Dress Code Policy
Roseland Waterpark is a family friendly park. Smoking, alcohol, and the use of profanity is prohibited while on the premises.
Family appropriate attire is required while in the park and we ask that you not wear thongs, “extreme” bikinis, or clothing items that promote profanity in any way.
Apparel with rivets, belts, sandals, sneakers, hats, cameras or loose articles of clothing are not allowed on rides.
Children in diapers are required to wear swim diapers in the pools at all times. Swim diapers are available for sale in our gift shop.
Appropriate water socks may be worn on rides and in pools.
Guest with prescription glasses or sunglasses should wear a safety strap in all pools.
Acceptable outside flotation devices are US Coast Guard approved Type II or Type III personal flotation devices. These jackets are available free of charge on a first come first served basis at our admissions office.
Guests who do not abide by the above rules may be asked to leave the park and refunds will not be offered.
Out of safety concerns for guests, employees, and resort property, as well as concerns for individual privacy, Roseland Waterpark prohibits the operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public – including recreational users and hobbyists – without the prior written authorization from the Waterpark. This prohibition includes drones used for filming or videotaping, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within Roseland Waterpark boundaries. This prohibition on drone operations or use extends to any drones launched or operated from Waterpark property, as well as drones launched from private property outside of Waterpark boundaries.
Please contact 585-396-2000 if you have any questions or if you seek prior authorization to operate any aerial drones. Any authorized operation of aerial drones may be governed by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, local law enforcement, as well as those policies separately established by this Resort, which may include certification, training, insurance coverage, indemnification requirements, and waivers or releases of liability.
Any violation of this policy may involve suspension of privileges, or the revocation of your season pass, as well as confiscation of any drone equipment and may subject violators to any damages, including, but not limited to, damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.

Our site may contain links to other sites whose information practices differ from ours. Visitors should consult the other sites’ Privacy Statements as we have no control over information that is submitted to or collected by these third parties. Our site may offer content (e.g., contests, sweepstakes, or promotions) that is sponsored by or cobranded with third parties. By virtue of these relationships, the third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit to participate in the site activity. Roseland Waterpark has no control over these third parties’ use of this information.
By purchasing products such as a season pass, admission ticket, or Gift Card our patrons agree to allow Roseland Waterpark to use their likeness captured in photos or video for marketing, social media promotional opportunities.
All sales are final and refunds are not offered on any product purchased from Roseland Waterpark.
The Admissions Office will post daily weather conditions at the ticket window. If there is the possibility of a storm, it will be indicated by level of probability. We DO NOT issue weather related refunds, so please check the daily weather forecast or call (585) 396-2000 prior to heading to Roseland Waterpark. We do not close due to rain, however, we must evacuate the park at the first sign of thunder or lighting. In this case, everyone will be asked to leave the park and will be allowed to re-enter when the storm has passed. The waterpark is subject to close early due to inclement weather.
Admission tickets can be purchased online or at the admissions window. Tickets purchased online will be given a confirmation email upon completion of the purchase and can be redeemed by bringing the confirmation email directly to the gate. Gift Cards purchased online will be sent in the mail.
Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards can be purchased in any denomination. To purchase a Roseland Waterpark Gift Card in another denomination that what is listed on the webstore, to check card balance, or to replace the remaining value on a lost or damaged card, call 585-396-2000. There is a $5 replacement fee for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
Gift Cards may be redeemed for products or services at any Roseland Waterpark or Bristol Mountain sales point and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift Cards have no expiration date.
A $10 dormancy fee is deducted annually from card balance after 12 months of inactivity.
Terms and Conditions
1. The 2017 Roseland Waterpark operating season is tentatively scheduled for June 24, 2017 through September 4, 2017. The operating schedule is weather dependent and is subject to change. Call Roseland Waterpark at 585-396-2000 or visit www.roselandwaterpark.com for the current operating schedule.
2. Roseland Waterpark is a family-orientated facility. Visitors who create hazards for themselves or others will be required to leave the premises. They will be denied privileges at Roseland Waterpark. In such case, no refund of purchase price for admission ticket will be made.
3. Admission tickets and vouchers along with their associated benefits/discounts are valid during the current operating season and will expire after the close of the current season.
4. Admission tickets, vouchers, and gift cards are nonrefundable. Admission tickets, vouchers, and gift cards are not replaceable, not resellable, and do not have cash value. Misuse of Admission tickets, vouchers, and gift cards will result in revocation of admission voucher Roseland Waterpark privileges.
5. Admission tickets, vouchers, and gift cards must be presented at the gate and or admissions office before entering the premises.
6. If an admission ticket, voucher, or gift card is forgotten, a full-rate admissions ticket must be purchased. Complimentary admission tickets are not issued.
7. The unauthorized resale of admission tickets, vouchers, and gift cards is prohibited on Roseland Waterpark premises.
