Guest Services

Guest Service's mission is to ensure the satisfaction of all guests to Bristol Mountain Winter Resort.  With policies like our no-questions-asked credit of a daily lift pass within the first half hour if you are not satisfied with conditions, we are dedicated to serving and treating guests of our resort with the utmost care and attention.  Guest Services is backed by a professional staff that has years of experience serving the needs, questions, and concerns of our guests.  Guest Services is open during normal operating hours.

Guest Services is the center for pass picture taking, season locker assignments, groups/field trip picking up tickets/lessons/etc, and responding to customer issues or problems.  Requests for snowsports school private lessons, base area paging services, and access to Lost & Found department and security issues can be handled by Guest Services staff.  The staff is trained and motivated to help you have a fun time at Bristol Mountain while you leave your worries at home!!
