Guest Services mission is to ensure the satisfaction of all guests at Roseland Waterpark.
We are dedicated to serving and treating guests of our park with the utmost care and attention. Guest Services is backed by a professional staff that has years of experience serving the needs, questions and concerns of our guests.
Guest Services is the center for pass picture taking, groups/field trip picking up tickets, and responding to customer issues or problems. Requests for in park paging services, and access to Lost & Found department and security issues can be handled by Guest Services staff.
Questions in regards to services available to our customers, or if there is just confusion on where to go or what to purchase, let our trained staff guide you through to resolution.
