2011 SPECIAL EVENTS AT ROSELAND WATERPARK
Come join us for an entire summer of waterpark fun. We anticipate having over 70 special events. Back by popular demand is the NASCAR Display which will include the Pit Crew Simulation. The characters from the Renaissance Fair will return as well as magicians, balloon artists, caricature artist, a monthly Zumba class, a stilt walking clown, to name a few of the interesting characters. Join our great staff for a sidewalk chalk competition, temporary tattoos and other fun activities all summer long. There is lots to do and see all summer long so buy your Season Pass today so you can join us for loads of fun this summer!!
For the July 4th holiday the hours of operation will be from 11am-7:30pm. The park will not be hosting extended hours on July 4th.

We are a family oriented waterpark and expect that all swimwear will be appropriate at all times for both our male and female guests. Thongs are not allowed. Swim trunks, shorts or pants that fall below the waistline will not be permitted on the property. Underwear should never be exposed. Bikini tops must provide appropriate coverage. Profanity will not be tolerated at any time. Thank you for helping us to maintain a family atmosphere.
What are the 2011 individual admission prices?
Regular (48”+) $22.95
Youth (less than 48”) $17.95
After 3 PM $14.95
Child (2 & Younger) FREE with paid guest
Grand Age (60+) $6.50
Spectator $22.95 at entry, $16.95 refunded at exit with dry and intact wristband *Prices do not include applicable NYS sales tax
Are 2011 Season Passes and Slide Cards Available? Season Passes will go on sale on May 2nd.
Individual (ages 3-59) $61.07, includes sales tax
Grand Pass (60+) 40.70, includes sales tax
Slide 8 Card $117.11 (Can be redeemed on any day during regular operating hours and it is transferable to others).
Are there any discounts or specials?
Yes. Roseland Waterpark Family Saturday Night Special. Every Saturday a family of (4) can purchase admission tickets for just $44 beginning at 3pm. (Additional family members are just $11). Prices do not include applicable NY State sales tax.

Can I have my picture taken on the slides? Sun Splash Photo is back by popular demand to capture your Roseland Waterpark memories for you. The photo guys will be available throughout the season to take your photo on all of the slides, wave pool and Splash Factory. You can pick up your photos at the Sun Splash Photo Desk which is located near the day lockers.
Will Roseland have extended hours for the July 4th holiday? We will be open for our regular hours of operation (11am-7:30pm) on July 4th.
Is there a military discount at Roseland Waterpark?
Yes, we offer a $18.95 discounted admission ticket for military members who are on active or reserve duty. This $4 discount off the regular admission ticket is offered any day during the operating season with the presentation of a military ID card. This discount is not extended to family members or retired military personnel.
Is the water heated?
Yes the water is heated! That is what makes our park so unique. We like to keep the water heated on average to 75 degrees.
What happens if it rains?
The waterpark does not close due to rain. However, if it is thundering and lighting we have to close the waterslides and attractions down temporarily while the storm passes. Everyone must leave the park and go to their car to wait out the storm. The waterpark is subject to close early due to inclement weather.
What happens if I don't want to go on any of the rides?
If you want to go in the park but not use any of the rides you must purchase a SPECTATOR TICKET for $22.95. A wristband will be issued and worn during the duration of the visit. On exiting the park $16.95 will be refunded to spectators still wearing the wristband, dry and intact. If you utilize a ride with the wristband on, the lifeguard will cut the wristband off and the refund will not be applicable.
Can we bring food into the park?
Outside food and coolers are not allowed into the park. Picnic tables are located right outside the admission gates where you can enjoy your lunch or a mid-day snack. Purchasing of food or beverages inside the park can be enjoyed at many picnic spots located throughout the park.
Once we're in the park can we leave for a while and come back later?
You're admission ticket is an all day ticket and we do allow re-entry anytime during the day. Just ask our gate keeper on the way out to stamp your hand and that will indicate that you've already been in the park that day.
I've bought a season pass and I need to get my picture taken. Where do I go?
Just come right to our admissions building and someone will be happy to take your picture. It is a very quick process that can be done the first day you come to the park. Your season pass card will print out after your picture is taken and you will be on your way to a season of summer fun!
Do you allow wheelchairs and supply?
Yes we allow wheelchairs and yes we do supply wheelchairs. They are free of rental charges but do require a $5 deposit which is refunded when you return the chair. There is a limited supply of wheelchairs and they are on a first come first serve basis.
Does the Waterpark provide life vests?
Yes, we do provide life vests and they are free.
Can I bring my own life vest?
You can use your own life vest if it is coast guard approved and has passed an inspection by our head lifeguard.
Are there paddle boats available on the lake?
Yes, we do have paddle boats available and they cost $3/half hour. |
