Helpful Hints:
- An advance reservation is required. Please contact Kellie Sick at 585-396-2000 ext. 105 or email ksick@bristolmt.com
- Children age 2 and younger are always admitted free and are not required to be part of your party package. Children 3 and older require an admission ticket.
- A party guest with a season pass does not need an admission ticket from your party.
- Personal belongings, especially birthday gifts, are the guests' responsibility while at Roseland Waterpark. We suggest the gifts be opened and left at home.
- For safety and security reasons, personal food and drink items are not allowed inside the main gates. A picnic area is available for your use outside the gates.
- Payment is due the day of your party. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, check or cash are accepted.
