Guest Services mission is to ensure the satisfaction of all guests to Bristol Mountain Winter Resort. With policies like our no questions asked refund of a daily lift pass within the first half hour if you are not satisfied with conditions, we are dedicated to serving and treating guests of our resort with the utmost care and attention. Guest Services is backed by a professional staff that has years of experience serving the needs, questions and concerns of our guests.

Guest Services is the center for pass picture taking, season locker assignments, groups/field trip picking up tickets/lessons/etc, and responding to customer issues or problems. Requests for snowsports school private lessons, base area paging services, and access to Lost & Found department and security issues can be handled by Guest Services staff.

Questions in regards to services available to our customers, or if there is just confusion on where to go or what to purchase, let our trained staff guide you through to resolution. The staff also can provide a service for you prior to making that decision to visit Bristol Mountain. Let us help answer your questions and guide you to Bristol Mountain.
