Weddings at Bristol Mountain
The Sunset Lodge is transformed into an elegant facility when set up just for weddings. This includes modern plush furniture, table dressings, window dressings, flowers, and much more. Bristol Mountain is an ideal location for holding a wedding. You will find a variety of both indoor and outdoor [gazebo is available] ceremony and reception venues, including a cupolo entrance. With a mountain setting, a patio for outdoor receptions or just for a gathering spot, and our spacious dining room with dance floor, provides a unique setting with all of the typical wedding amentities. Fee for the ceremony at Bristol Mountain is $100.

Patron Responsibility
Patron assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance of their function. Patron will also assume full responsibility for any damages to any part of Bristol Mountain during patron’s event. Patron hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Operator, Bristol Mountain, against any and all claims, liabilities or costs arising out of negligence of patron, or any guest, invitees or agents of said patron.
Reservation Confirmation
We require a guaranteed number of guests four days in advance of the event. The guaranteed number will be the amount you will be charged. We will prepare for 5 percent over the guarantee. All food and beverage prices are subject to a 7.125% sales tax and a 18% service charge.
Billing
If direct billing is desired, the form should be completed two weeks before the function date. If direct billing arrangements are not made, payment is due after the function by approved check, credit card, or cash.
Miscellaneous
No food or beverage shall be brought into the lodge. Bristol Mountain, a licensee, is responsible for selling and serving all alcoholic beverages. Therefore, we do not permit the selling of shots or pitchers of beer, or any other alcoholic item. |
