Bristol Mountain is the tallest vertical of any resort between the Adirondacks and the Rockies offering deluxe skiing and snowboarding conditions with 97% snowmaking and 96% trail lighting.
Slopeside accommodations are available at the base of Bristol Mountain in the scenic townhouses of North Star Village.
Treat yourself to real luxury and convenience. Ski for a few hours and grab some lunch. Send the kids out for a few runs after dinner while you enjoy some fireside relaxation.
Renters of North Star Village may also take advantage of our 2009-10 special lift ticket discounts with expanded hour tickets good until closing. Adult All Day-Night (Ages 13+, Mon-Sun): $42. Junior All Day-Night (Ages 8-12, Sat & Sun): $40. Ages 8-12 receive complimentary lift tickets Mon-Fri. Children 7 & younger FREE with paying adult.
Accommodations
Each townhouse includes a full kitchen, fireplace, cable television, DVD player, telephone, laundry facilities, towels and linens.
Rentals are extended to family groups only (parents, grandparents, children, and extended family members). Tenant and family members will be sole occupants of the unit. The minimum age for the primary renter is 21.
The bedding arrangements are unique in each unit providing ideal accommodations for couples or families.
Each unit is smoke-free and pets are not permitted on the premises. There is a noise reduction policy in effect after 10 pm. Renters are restricted from being on the Bristol Mountain slopes after closing hours for any reason including accessing the mountain for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, or sledding.

Off-Peak Rates (Spring-Fall)
Townhouses at the base of Bristol Mountain are available for rent off-season on a nightly, weekly, or monthly basis with a two-night minimum. Enjoy the rural country atmosphere with the abundant wildlife, hiking on the mountain, canoeing/fishing/boating on the Finger Lakes, wineries, and world renown craftsman/artisans abundant in the local area. Payments & Cancellations
Fifty percent of the rental fee is due at time of reservation. The balance is due at check-in. Payment is accepted in US funds with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money order or check payable to Bristol Mountain. Reservations made less than 15 days from arrival date must be paid in full with a credit card. A credit card must be provided at check-in for a security deposit of one night's rental fee. The credit card information is retained for four weeks from the departure date to cover any damage to the unit or furnishings.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 15 to 29 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full, minus a $50 service charge. There are no refunds for cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival. All cancellations must be received in writing by the North Star Village rental agent. Renters are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates.
Check In & Check Out
Check in 3 pm or later - Contact Judy Conkling, Rental Agent, if you will be arriving after 4 pm to arrange for a late check-in.
Check out by 11 am - Personal belongings must be removed from the townhouse by 11 am. Guests are welcome to leave vehicles in the North Star Village overflow parking lot following check out for skiing convenience. Late departures must have prior approval by the North Star Village rental agent. An additional day’s rental will be charged for unapproved late departures.
Parking
Renters are issued parking permits at the time of check-in. Renters are allocated one space in front of the unit. Additional parking is available in the parking lot overflow area. Permits are also required to park in this area. Vehicles occuping the incorrect parking place or without a permit are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
Cleaning Services
The townhouses will be cleaned prior to your arrival and supplied with fresh linens. Daily cleaning service is not provided. Sheets and towels will be supplied for the maximum capacity of each unit. Units will be cleaned after your departure. Renters will be charged $20 per hour for cleaning services that are considered outside the norm. Cleaning charges will be applied if carpets are soiled excessively.
Service Charges
The service charge to replace lost keys is $5 per key. If long distance calls are made from the townhouse, a $10 service charge per call plus the cost of the call will be incurred.. Use of a cell phone is recommended to avoid this charge.

Unit #6 - Two Bedroom Plus Loft, 2 1/2 Bathrooms
The downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed with a private full bathrom. The second bedroom upstairs has a full-size bed. The loft area has a full-size futon. There is a full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, the living room sofa pulls out to a queen-size bed. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The half bathroom is downstairs in a common area. This unit has a dishwasher in the kitchen area. There is a washer and dryer in a small utility room.
