North Star Village at Bristol Mountain Resort - Winter
Imagine the luxury of waking up at the base of Bristol Mountain and its high speed detachable quad lift, the Comet Express. Slopeside accommodations are available at Bristol Mountain in the scenic townhouses of North Star Village.
Bristol Mountain is the tallest ski resort in Western New York and offers deluxe skiing conditions with 97% snowmaking and 96% trail lighting.
Treat yourself to real luxury and convenience. Ski for a few hours and grab some lunch. Send the kids out for a few runs after dinner while you enjoy some fireside relaxation.
Renters of North Star Village may also take advantage of our special lift ticket discounts with expanded hour tickets good until closing. Adult 8-hr daily: $TBD. Junior( 8-12) 8-hr weekend: $TBD.
Accommodations
All units are conveniently furnished with the necessary linens and each townhouse includes a full kitchen with microwave, fireplace, color television, DVD player, telephone, and laundry facilities. Some units are available with a dishwasher.
Pets and smoking are not permitted on the premises. There is a noise reduction policy in effect after 10 pm each evening. Renters are restricted from being on the slopes or terrain of Bristol Mountain after closing hours. This includes accessing the mountain for hiking, skiing, hiking, sledding, etc.

Fall/Summer/Spring - Off Season
Townhouses at the base of Bristol Mountain are available for rent on a nightly, weekly, or monthly basis, off-season, with a two-night minimum. Enjoy the rural country atmosphere with the abundant wildlife, hiking on the mountain, canoeing/fishing/boating on the Finger Lakes, wineries, and world renown craftsman/artisans abundant in the local area. Payment
Confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Fifty percent of the rental fee is due when the reservation is placed. The balance is due thirty days prior to your arrival. Reservations made 15 to 30 days prior to expected arrival date will require payment in full within 10 days from the date the reservation is placed. Reservations made 15 days or less from your expected arrival date must be paid in full with a credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of one night’s rental fee is payable upon your arrival. We recommend the use of a credit card for the deposit. The deposit is held for six weeks from the departure date and is held for damage to the unit and/or long distance telephone calls.
Miscellaneous Charges
The charge for lost keys is $5. If any long distance calls are made from the townhouse, you will incur a $10 service charge per call plus the cost of the call. Use of a telephone calling card is recommended or call collect to avoid this charge.
Check In/Check Out
Check in 3 pm or later - Please contact the Bristol Mountain office at 585-374-1129 if you will be arriving after 10 pm as the office closes at this time.
Check out by 11 am - Personal belongings must be removed from the townhouse by 11 am. Guests are welcome to leave vehicles in the North Star Village overflow parking lot following check out for skiing convenience. An additional day’s rental may be charged for late departures.
Parking
Parking permits will be provided at the time of check in. One space in front of each unit will be allocated for renters of the unit. Additional parking is available in the overflow area of the parking lot. Permits are also required to park in this area.
Maid Service
Daily maid service is not provided. The townhouses will be cleaned prior to your arrival and supplied with fresh linens. Ample sheets and towels will be supplied for the maximum number of people that the unit accommodates. Cleaning will also occur after your departure.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received by North Star Village Townhouse Rental at Bristol Mountain in writing. You are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 15 to 29 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full, minus a service charge, if the unit is rented. No refunds will be issued if the unit is not rented. There are no refunds for cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
This policy is in effect as long as one lift is operating at Bristol Mountain. Weather and ski conditions are not a valid reason for a refunded cancellation.

Unit #6 - Two Bedroom Plus Loft, 2 1/2 Bathrooms
The downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed with a private full bathrom. The second bedroom upstairs has a full-size bed. The loft area has a full-size futon. There is a full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, the living room sofa pulls out to a queen-size bed. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The half bathroom is downstairs in a common area. This unit has a dishwasher in the kitchen area. There is a washer and dryer in a small utility room.
